Production Engineer

Bendtech Engineers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to manage and optimize manufacturing operations. Also Handle the Vendors for Job Schedules and Get maintain Good Relations to Vendors. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in maintaining accurate records, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
• Maintain and update production data using ERP systems.
• Prepare and manage Excel reports related to production, inventory, and performance tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy across all production processes.
• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle data efficiently.

Experience:

• 6months to 1 year Experience is Required.
