Job Description
- Perform in-process and final inspection of electrical panels (MCC, PCC, control panels) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Verify wiring, component selection, labeling, and panel layout as per electrical schematics
- Conduct testing such as insulation resistance (IR), continuity, and functional tests before dispatch
- Inspect incoming materials (switchgear, cables, enclosures) for quality and specification adherence
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate with production/design teams for corrective actions
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Ensure safety practices and quality procedures are followed during all stages
