ROLE DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES

 

·        

Generate

revenue through sales to new customers as well to existing customers

·        

Ensure

realization of sales revenue through sales collections

·        

Create the

sales funnel and channel buyers in domestic market

·        

Build up and

maintain good relationships with customers, agents and distributors

·        

Assist customers

in the operation of their products and organize support for problems they may

have

 


OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

[1.]              

Sales

Inquiries

 

·        

Respond/ Acknowledge to inquiries by mail on phone calls &

recording the details in ERP (Name, Address, Email ID, Project Reference

etc.)

·        

Attach enquiries in ERP System with all documents received.

·        

Study the inquiry, and decide the suitable item as per inquiry with

guidance of technical person if needed.

·        

Prepare Quotation in ERP, Excel / Word format. Discuss rate and other

terms with Director/ Manager

·        

Submit Technical and commercial offer to client.

·        

Get confirmation from client about receipt of offer and finalization

date or time period for purchase order.

·        

Reply to any Techno Commercial Query.

·        

Follow up for Inquiry/ Quotation and Updated the history in ERP.

·        

Continuous Follow up of the inquiry/ Quotation till it gets closed

with reason.

·        

Make the presentation to the Management for the inquiry

Purchase

Order

 

·        

Follow up for submitted offers and convince for finalize order also

give support for take approval for our “make” submit supporting documents

like TPI, Unprized PO Copies of Major Clients, List of Well-known customers

of Brightech.

·        

If customer asks for some changes in technical requirements than solve

technical comments through Technical persons and submit revised technical

with and again confirm with customer whether it is as per their demand or

not.

·        

Negotiate with customer on commercial and other terms and take PO.

·        

Reconcile PO with submitted offer and forward PO for further process

of preparing Work Order.

·        

Submit Technical Documents for Approval and follow up for Advance

payment if mentioned in our terms when Special Material is to be used or High

Volume Production is there.

Follow Ups

& Coordination

 

·        

Regular follow up with Production head for pending order and take

dispatch schedule on that basis complete remaining process with client.

(Payment and other clarification if any)

·        

Inform Readiness of Material & ask for PDI if any.

·        

Send Proforma Invoice prior to dispatch and request the customer to

initiate payment process.

·        

Confirm freight forwarded details and send Invoice for road permit.

·        

Submit details to logistic dept. and collect dispatch details.

·        

Submit all documents to client (Testing reports Invoice, dispatch

details etc.)

·        

Do All Correspondence from Order to Dispatch with clients and internal

dept.  For Domestic. Without Tender

order.

Other work

   

·        

Put Inspection call to client and inform to QC dept. and complete the

Inspection and submit Inspection reports to clients and get Dispatch

Clearance.

·        

Payment follow up with clients whom to given material on credit.

·        

Doing complete filing process with all records for particular order.

·        

Send all documents to clients i.e. Testing Reports, Invoice etc.

·        

Received all Incoming calls and give response on every emails.

(Domestic)

·        

Understand of technical issues in products and give them proper

solution for particular problems.

·        

Perform duties of Dispatch, Back Office and Tendering in absence of

concerned staff.

·        

Send introductory mails to potential Client & Generate the

Inquiries for new projects

Developments

 

·        

Searching for clients over the internet and take appointment and go

for personal visit (Occasionally)

·        

Submit company profile with product catalogue for other states clients

and convince for trust on our products and getting enquiries.

·        

Give presentation of our products and explain organization history.

·        

Vendor Registration.

·        

Talk with all clients (Domestic) for Technical Clarification and commercially terms and finalize order over

calls.

·        

Do daily work

reporting to senior at the end of the day and discuss developmental issues if

any.

Prepare Daily

Working Report & send to seniors before leaving the office.

Participate in

weekly review meeting with seniors for work done during the week.

Prepare

Analysis reports Quarterly & Presentation to the Management with

suggestions and initiatives to get better results.
