Job Title: Sample Coordinator
Location: Datia, Madhya Pradesh

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Sample Coordinator to manage and coordinate sample collection activities. The candidate will ensure proper handling, tracking, and timely delivery of samples while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with field staff and labs for sample collection and dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of collected samples and update data in the system.
- Ensure samples are properly labeled, packed, and transported safely.
- Track sample status and follow up with the laboratory for timely reports.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding sample schedules.
- Maintain inventory of sample collection materials and kits.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sample collection activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sample coordination, healthcare, or lab operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
