Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Sample Coordinator to manage and coordinate sample collection activities. The candidate will ensure proper handling, tracking, and timely delivery of samples while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with field staff and labs for sample collection and dispatch.
• Maintain proper records of collected samples and update data in the system.
• Ensure samples are properly labeled, packed, and transported safely.
• Track sample status and follow up with the laboratory for timely reports.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding sample schedules.
• Maintain inventory of sample collection materials and kits.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sample collection activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sample coordination, healthcare, or lab operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
