Job Description
Hiring – Field Sales Manager (EV Division)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Area Sales Manager for our EV business operations in Gujarat.
Position
Area Sales Manager – Dealer & Distributor Network
3 Years
Industry Preference
Electric Vehicle (EV) / Automobile / Battery / Mobility Sector
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand dealer/distributor network across Gujarat
Appoint and manage channel partners and EV dealers
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and support
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management
Experience in EV dealership/distributor handling preferred
Strong knowledge of Gujarat market
Gujarat/local language proficiency is mandatory
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with prior EV industry exposure and dealer/distributor network references will be preferred.
