Job Description
- 1. Operations Management Supervise daily work activities at the plant, site, or department.
- Ensure tasks are completed according to project schedules and production plans.
- Monitor equipment and machinery usage to ensure efficient operations.
- 2. Team Supervision Manage and guide workers, operators, and technicians.
- Assign daily duties and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline at the workplace.
- 3. Quality Control Ensure work is completed according to company quality standards.
- Inspect finished work and identify defects or issues.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain quality.
- 4. Safety Compliance Ensure all workers follow safety rules and regulations.
- Conduct safety checks and toolbox meetings.
- Report and manage accidents or hazards immediately.
- 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily work reports and production records.
- Prepare progress reports for management.
- Record material usage, manpower deployment, and equipment status.
- 6. Coordination Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and tools.
- Support management in project planning and execution.
- Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of plant operations / construction / engineering processes
- Ability to solve operational problems quickly
- Educational Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial field (preferred).
- Technical certification may be an advantage.
- Experience 0-2 years of experience in plant operations, construction supervision, or industrial projects.
- Experience handling workforce and site operations.
