Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare, review, and control SOPs, protocols, formats, and records
- Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections
- Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, and risk assessments
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of quality systems
- Review batch records, reports, and quality documentation
- Train staff on quality procedures and compliance requirements
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform or oversee testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Ensure adherence to approved test methods and specifications
- Review and approve test results, COAs, and laboratory records
- Investigate OOS, OOT, and non-conformances
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and qualification of equipment
- Maintain laboratory safety and housekeeping standards
