Supervisor/Incharge

• Key Responsibilities

1. Operations ManagementSupervise daily work activities at the plant, site, or department.

• Ensure tasks are completed according to project schedules and production plans.
• Monitor equipment and machinery usage to ensure efficient operations.

2. Team Supervision Manage and guide workers, operators, and technicians.

• Assign daily duties and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline at the workplace.

3. Quality Control Ensure work is completed according to company quality standards.

• Inspect finished work and identify defects or issues.
• Implement corrective actions to maintain quality.

4. Safety Compliance Ensure all workers follow safety rules and regulations.

• Conduct safety checks and toolbox meetings.
• Report and manage accidents or hazards immediately.

5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily work reports and production records.

• Prepare progress reports for management.
• Record material usage, manpower deployment, and equipment status.

6. CoordinationCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments.

• Ensure timely availability of materials and tools.
• Support management in project planning and execution.
• Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of plant operations / engineering processes
• Ability to solve operational problems quickly
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Educational QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial field (preferred).
• Technical certification may be an advantage.

Experience 0-2 years of experience in plant operations, construction supervision, or industrial projects.

• Experience handling workforce and site operations.
