Lathe Operator at Jyoti Industries
Jyoti Industries is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lathe Operator to join our production team. As a leader in manufacturing, we pride ourselves on precision, quality, and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain manual and/or CNC lathes to produce high-quality components.
- Technical Execution: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of parts during production to ensure they meet our strict quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine machine maintenance and keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Efficiency: Optimize machine settings and tool paths to maximize production efficiency without compromising precision.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Lathe Operator in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and adjust settings effectively.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety protocols.
