PMC Head (Project Management Consultant Head)

Strategic Project Governance: Establish master project plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks for multiple concurrent mega-projects.

Contract & Commercial Management: Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and administration of EPC contracts, ensuring strict compliance and protecting the client from scope creep and unwarranted claims.

Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing high-level executive dashboards, risk assessments, and progress reports.

Risk Mitigation & Dispute Resolution: Proactively identify project risks (supply chain, statutory, financial) and implement mitigation strategies. Mediate and resolve disputes between clients, contractors, and architects.

Financial Control: Oversee master budgets, approve massive capital expenditures, authorize contractor RA bills, and drive value engineering to save costs without compromising quality.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and direct a high-performing PMC team consisting of planning, civil, mechanical, electrical, safety, and quality engineers.
