Roles and Responsibility

Customer Experience

• Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Guide guests on park activities and safety procedures.
• Ensure every guest has a fun and memorable experience.
• Assist guests with queries and provide prompt support.

Safety & Operations

• Explain safety rules before guests enter activity zones.
• Monitor trampoline courts and attractions continuously.
• Ensure guests comply with park safety guidelines.
• Prevent unsafe behavior and intervene immediately when required.
• Respond promptly to accidents or emergencies and report incidents.

Activity Supervision

• Demonstrate the proper use of trampolines and attractions.
• Conduct warm-up sessions and activity briefings where applicable.
• Organize games and activities to enhance guest engagement.
• Assist during birthday parties, school visits, and corporate events.

Park Maintenance

• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment.
• Report damaged equipment immediately.
• Ensure activity areas remain clean and hazard-free.
• Assist in maintaining overall park cleanliness.

Customer Service

• Handle guest concerns courteously.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Café teams when required.
• Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and birthday packages.

Compliance

• Follow all company SOPs and safety standards.
• Comply with emergency evacuation procedures.
• Wear the prescribed uniform
