Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant floor operations

• Manage waiters and service staff

• Take orders and ensure timely food service

• Coordinate with kitchen for smooth operations

• Handle guest queries and complaints politely

• Maintain table setup, cleanliness & hygiene

• Control service discipline during rush hours

• Follow SOPs and owner instructions strictly

Job Requirements

• Prior experience as Captain or Senior Waiter

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Polite behavior and customer-first attitude

• Active, responsible & long-term working mindset

• Highway restaurant experience preferred
