Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive Social Media & Client Success Associate who can handle multiple client accounts, coordinate internally with designers/video editors, communicate with clients professionally, and ensure smooth execution from planning to posting.

Initially, the candidate will work under guidance and systems, but over time, they will be expected to take ownership and independently manage workflows, timelines, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social media accounts across industries

• Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams to get work executed on time

• Handle client communication professionally through WhatsApp, calls, meetings, and emails

• Create content calendars, captions, posting plans, and campaign coordination

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, scheduling tools, etc. to improve productivity and execution speed

• Ensure proper follow-ups with clients and internal teams

• Maintain quality, timelines, and consistency across accounts

• Understand trends, reels, hooks, and platform behavior

• Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions for every small task

• Assist in strategy discussions and implementation planning

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and modern content trends

• Basic understanding of Canva, AI tools, and content workflows

• Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a startup environment

• Ownership mindset and willingness to learn

• Ability to coordinate with creative teams and get work done

• Smart follow-up and task management skills

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup culture

Important Note

This is not a “sit at one place and do one thing” kind of role.
