Telecaller Cum Data Uploader

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Telecaller cum Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, updating and maintaining data in our application, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development (BD) team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work independently from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain company products and services professionally.
• Generate interest and arrange meetings between prospects and the Business Development team.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain call records and update customer information accurately.
• Upload and update data on the company's application on a daily basis.
• Ensure all information entered is accurate and error-free.
• Maintain records and prepare daily activity reports.
• Verify and organize data as per company guidelines.

Working Hours:

• As per company schedule.
• Availability for regular follow-ups and coordination with the team.
