Role: Accountant

Seniority Level: Junior

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

Required Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts using Tally and handle invoice processing, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

- Prepare, file, and ensure compliance of GST returns and other taxation obligations.

- Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts, and support monthly closing and financial reporting.

- Coordinate with auditors and provide documentation for statutory and internal audits.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

 - Tally ERP / Tally Prime

 - GST & Taxation compliance

 - Accounting Principles & Bookkeeping

 - Invoice Processing & Journal Entries

 - Microsoft Excel

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:

 - Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)

 - QuickBooks or other ERP accounting software

 - Tax filing software (e.g., ClearTax)

 - Financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

 - Audit coordination tools (e.g., CaseWare)
