- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive agency sales through advisor activation, training, and performance management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with advisors.
- Provide guidance and support to advisors for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and relationship management.
- Organize recruitment drives and advisor engagement activities.
- Monitor advisor productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Eligibility CriteriaExperience RequiredMinimum 1–5 years of experience in:

- Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with agency channel or insurance sales experience will be preferred.

- Educational QualificationGraduation in any discipline is mandatory.
