Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as required.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage portion control and minimize food waste.
• Coordinate with management for special events and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
• Can cook both veg and non-veg.
