## Key Requirements
* Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or relevant field
* Experience:
* Site Manager: **2–5 years**
* Project Manager: **5–10 years**
* Strong knowledge of **construction & interior execution**
* Ability to handle **multiple sites (if required)**
* Basic understanding of **AutoCAD / drawings**
* Good communication & problem-solving skills
