*Job Title* : Indo-Chinese & Momo Specialist for a QSR

*Role Overview* :

We are looking for a high-energy Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Indian Chinese and Momo preparation, specifically trained to deliver high-quality food at QSR speeds (5–7 minute turnaround times).

_Key Responsibilities_ :

_*Momo Expertise*_ : Skilled in bulk-prepping and finishing various styles—Steamed, Fried, Pan-Fried (Kothey), and popular QSR variants like Kurkure, Tandoori, and Jhol Momos.

_*High-Speed Indo-Chinese*_ : Proficiency in "Wok-style" cooking for high-demand items (Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Schezwan Noodles/Rice) with a focus on consistent flavor profiles.

_*QSR Operations*_ : Expert at managing "Mise-en-place" (pre-service prep) to ensure lightning-fast assembly during peak hours without compromising quality.

*Inventory & Portion Control* : Strict adherence to standardized recipes to ensure zero-waste and exact portioning for cost-efficiency.

_*Hygiene & Maintenance*_ : Keeping a clean, organized, and "open-kitchen" ready workstation; following strict food safety (FSSAI) standards.

_*Delivery Optimization*_ : Ensuring packaging-friendly food quality so dishes remain crispy and fresh during transit.

*Candidate Requirements* :

_*Experience*_ : 2–5 years in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual Chinese outlet.

_*Skills*_ : Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously under pressure.
