**Job Summary:**
Prakhar Pragya Developers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations at our project site in Mayfair Highlands. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of construction activities while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations
* Manage labor, contractors, and on-site staff
* Ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and timelines
* Monitor project progress and report to management
* Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
* Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards
* Handle on-site issues, delays, and conflicts effectively
* Maintain records of materials, labor attendance, and site activities
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role
* Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
**Working Hours:**
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
