Position: Dishwasher & Utility Staff

Job ObjectiveTo maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen support by ensuring the café, kitchen, washrooms, utensils, equipment, and utility areas remain clean, organized, and ready for smooth daily operations. This role is essential in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers while supporting the kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities

Opening Duties

• Open the café on time.
• Sweep and mop the entire café.
• Clean customer seating areas.
• Clean tables, chairs, counters, glass, and entrance.
• Arrange furniture properly.
• Empty dustbins and replace garbage bags.
• Ensure the café is fully clean before opening.

Washroom Cleaning

• Clean customer washrooms before opening.
• Clean toilets, washbasins, mirrors, and floors.
• Refill handwash, tissue paper, and other supplies.
• Check washrooms regularly throughout the day.
• Ensure washrooms remain clean, dry, and odor-free at all times.

Dishwashing

• Wash all plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery, trays, and kitchen utensils.
• Wash cooking vessels and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization.
• Dry and arrange utensils properly.
• Maintain continuous availability of clean utensils during service.

Kitchen Cleaning

• Clean kitchen floors.
• Clean preparation tables and counters.
• Clean sinks and drainage areas.
• Clean refrigerators and shelves.
• Keep the utility area neat and organized.

Utility Support

• Collect used plates, glasses, and trays from customer tables.
• Carry kitchen supplies when required.
• Assist chefs with basic non-cooking work.
• Dispose of garbage properly.
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours.

Closing Duties

• Wash all remaining utensils.
• Clean the kitchen.
• Clean the washrooms.
• Mop the café.
• Empty all dustbins.
• Leave the café clean and ready for the next day.

कार्य का उद्देश्यकैफे, रसोई, वॉशरूम, बर्तनों तथा सभी यूटिलिटी क्षेत्रों को हमेशा साफ, व्यवस्थित और स्वच्छ रखना ताकि ग्राहकों को बेहतरीन अनुभव मिले तथा रसोई और कैफे का संचालन बिना किसी रुकावट के चलता रहे।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

सुबह की तैयारी

• समय पर कैफे खोलना।
• पूरे कैफे में झाड़ू और पोछा लगाना।
• सभी टेबल, कुर्सियाँ, काउंटर और प्रवेश द्वार की सफाई करना।
• फर्नीचर को व्यवस्थित करना।
• डस्टबिन खाली करना और नए कूड़ेदान बैग लगाना।
• ग्राहकों के आने से पहले कैफे पूरी तरह तैयार करना।

वॉशरूम की सफाई

• कैफे खुलने से पहले वॉशरूम की अच्छी तरह सफाई करना।
• टॉयलेट, वॉश बेसिन, शीशे और फर्श साफ करना।
• हैंडवॉश, टिश्यू पेपर और अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री भरना।
• दिनभर समय-समय पर वॉशरूम की जांच करना।
• वॉशरूम को हमेशा साफ, सूखा और बिना दुर्गंध के रखना।

बर्तन धोना

• सभी प्लेट, कटोरी, गिलास, कप, चम्मच, ट्रे और अन्य बर्तन धोना।
• रसोई के बड़े बर्तन और उपकरण साफ करना।
• सभी बर्तनों को अच्छी तरह साफ और सैनिटाइज करना।
• बर्तनों को सुखाकर उनकी निर्धारित जगह पर रखना।
• काम के दौरान साफ बर्तनों की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता बनाए रखना।

रसोई की सफाई

• रसोई के फर्श की सफाई करना।
• किचन काउंटर और कार्यस्थल साफ रखना।
• सिंक और ड्रेनेज की सफाई करना।
• फ्रिज और रैक की सफाई करना।
• यूटिलिटी एरिया को व्यवस्थित रखना।

अन्य यूटिलिटी कार्य

• ग्राहकों की इस्तेमाल की हुई प्लेटें, गिलास और ट्रे उठाना।
• जरूरत पड़ने पर सामान उठाने और रखने में सहायता करना।
• शेफ की सामान्य कार्यों में सहायता करना।
• कचरे का सही तरीके से निपटान करना।
• व्यस्त समय में टीम की सहायता करना।

दिन समाप्त होने पर

• सभी बर्तन धोना।
• पूरी रसोई की सफाई करना।
• वॉशरूम की सफाई करना।
• पूरे कैफे में पोछा लगाना।
• सभी डस्टबिन खाली करना।
• अगले दिन के लिए कैफे पूरी तरह तैयार करके जाना।
