Field Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring (Last Mile Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring delivery partners/riders for last mile operations
Conducting field sourcing and candidate screening
Managing end-to-end recruitment process
Coordinating with operations team for demand fulfillment
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a local candidate from Dehradun
Prior experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring preferred
Good communication and field coordination skills
Comfortable with field work
