Job Title- Business Development Executive (BDE) – Loan Sales
Salary -- 16,000 to 18,000+ TA-7000+ Incentives(Depend on Interview)
Qualification- 12th passed
Experience- B2B & B2C, Loan sales
🏢 Role Overview
The BDE – Loan Sales is responsible for acquiring customers/merchants and driving loan disbursals through the PhonePe platform. This is a field + sales role focused on onboarding, relationship management, and revenue generation.
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Merchant / Customer Acquisition
Identify and approach new merchants/customers for loan offerings
Promote PhonePe loan products (merchant loans, working capital loans)
Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold outreach
🔹 2. Sales & Disbursal
Explain loan features: eligibility, interest rates, tenure
Assist in loan application, KYC, and onboarding process
Ensure maximum conversion from leads to disbursals
Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
🔹 3. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with merchants/customers
Act as a single point of contact for loan-related queries
Ensure repeat business and customer retention
📍 Day-to-Day Activities
Field visits to shops/merchants
Lead generation and follow-ups
Assisting customers in onboarding via PhonePe app
Daily reporting of sales performance
