  1. Factory compliance under labour law and overtime
  2. processing payroll data,
  3. maintaining statutory and labor law compliance registers,
  4. coordinating plant recruitment, and managing safety training records.Workforce and Attendance
  5. Liason with Govt authority
  6. contract security and labour mgmt
  7. Admin of guest house , transport and canteen
  8. Support audits
