Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant construction and fit-out project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site execution, civil works, landscape coordination, and vendor management, with a track record of delivering quality work within tight timelines.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including civil, landscape, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily work progress, maintain site records, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and manpower.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure site safety compliance.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Liaise with project managers and consultants to resolve site-level issues.
• Track and report material consumption, wastage, and inventory on-site.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision, preferably in landscape, hospitality, or banquet projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
