Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end mall operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily functioning, tenant coordination, facility management, and maintaining high standards of customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete mall operations including daily activities and administration
• Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.)
• Ensure proper facility management and upkeep of the premises
• Monitor footfall, operations efficiency, and service quality
• Coordinate with tenants and retail outlets for smooth functioning
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal standards
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
• Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of facility & mall operations
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
