Marketing Executive

Zoic Life Sciences is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our business across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, generating high-quality business leads, developing new customer relationships, and supporting the growth of our PCD Pharma, institutional, and third-party manufacturing businesses.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to doctors, distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical professionals across India.
• Generate high-quality leads for PCD Pharma Franchise, Institutional Sales, Third-Party Manufacturing, and Export Business.
• Identify and qualify potential customers based on business requirements.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM or lead management system.
• Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients through professional communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare daily call reports and submit progress updates to management.
• Represent the company's products and services professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Required QualificationsD.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Sc., BBA, MBA (Marketing), or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical telemarketing, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Experience in the PCD Pharma industry will be preferred.
• Skills RequiredExcellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate quality business leads through telecalling.
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
