Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic to advanced knowledge of computer operations and be comfortable handling day-to-day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office documentation and record keeping
  • Work on MS Word, Excel, and other office software
  • Manage emails and basic online communication
  • Assist with data entry and report preparation
  • Support general administrative and office tasks

Requirements:

  • Basic or advanced knowledge of computers
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory
