Job Description
Sai Overseas Consultancy is inviting applications for the position of Receptionist (International Recruitment Firm).
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Male/Female candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word)
- Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
- Local candidates preferred
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and candidates professionally
- Manage the front desk and handle inbound calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments and direct visitors to the concerned department
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks and provide general office support
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
