Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
• Track sales orders, deliveries, and payment status.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

2.Marketing Coordination

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media platforms and marketing content.
• Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

3. Customer Relationship

• ManagementRespond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
