Job Description
SHIP Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Experienced Sales Manager to expand the market for our Premium BLDC Fans. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in electrical sales and a strong dealer/distributor network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of SHIP BLDC Fans in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Visit electrical shops, wholesalers, and distributors regularly.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with electricians, contractors, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of BLDC fans.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and customer support.
- Submit daily sales reports and market updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Sales (Mandatory).
- Experience in Fans, Electrical Products, Switchgear, Cables, Lighting, or Appliances will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Preferred).
