Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SEO Executive to improve our website's visibility, drive organic traffic, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and identify high-converting search terms
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO
- Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors)
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools
- Work with content writers to create SEO-friendly content
- Optimize website structure and improve user experience
- Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+2, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Understanding of keyword research and ranking factors
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress
- Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or service-based SEO
- Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO
- Understanding of content marketing strategies
- Experience with lead generation websites
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Improvement in keyword rankings
- Growth in organic traffic
