Job Description
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
● Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist guests with food &
beverage choices.
● Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to
the kitchen.
● Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and
service etiquette.
● Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest needs throughout their dining
experience.
● Set up tables with cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments before
service.
● Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and serving
equipment.
● Clear plates, glassware, and used items quickly and efficiently after each
course.
● Ensure tables are reset immediately for the next guests.
● Coordinate with kitchen teams to deliver smooth and timely service.
● Handle guest complaints politely and report major concerns to the
supervisor.
● Maintain hygiene standards, including proper grooming and wearing clean
uniforms.
● Manage billing, present checks, and process payments when required.
