Job Summary

Emotion Films is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead – Renewal to manage and guide a team responsible for

customer renewal operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a

customer-centric approach to ensure smooth renewal processes and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Renewal team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up with existing customers for renewals and service continuity.
• Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Prepare and analyze team performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless renewal operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Team Handling, Customer Service, Sales, or Renewal Process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Laptop availability is mandatory.
2. Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (each qualification).
3. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
4. Salary: As per company standards (based on experience and interview performance).
