Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential candidates, explaining job opportunities in the hospitality industry, and coordinating interviews with recruiters and employers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential candidates regarding available job opportunities.
• Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and location details to candidates.
• Screen candidates and collect basic profile information (experience, skills, documents, etc.).
• Maintain and update candidate records in the database or CRM.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team and clients for interview scheduling.
• Handle inbound queries from candidates regarding vacancies.
• Follow up with candidates for documents, interview attendance, and joining status.
• Maintain a professional and positive communication tone during calls.
• RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle large volumes of calls and candidate interactions.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in recruitment or job consultancy.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry job roles.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills.
