Job Description
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of different credit cards.
- Understand the customer's needs and recommend the most suitable credit card.
- Convince customers to apply for the credit card by addressing their questions and concerns.
- Verify customer eligibility based on company guidelines.
- Collect and confirm the required documents and information for the application.
- Accurately enter customer details into the system.
- Follow up with interested customers until the application is completed.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
