Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented International Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage customers across global markets.*This is a fixed Day shift opportunity.

Role & responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to promote the company's services.

·        Build rapport and maintain engaging conversations to understand customer needs.

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·        Update and manage customer information in CRM systems.

·        Handle objections and convert leads through persuasive communication and sales strategies.

·        Collaborate with the team to improve processes and meet organisational goals.

Preferred candidate profile:

·        Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

·        Prior telesales, BPO, or customer service experience preferred.

·        Freshers with strong English proficiency and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

·        Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
