We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team in Dehradun.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist travelers in planning personalized holidays based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, sightseeing, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries.
• Prepare customized travel quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and excellent service.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity partners, and local vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain regular communication with travelers before, during, and after their trip to deliver a seamless travel experience.
• Handle booking confirmations, payment follow-ups, vouchers, and travel documentation.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support whenever required.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update booking information regularly.
• Work closely with the operations and reservations teams to ensure high service quality.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, seasonal offers, and company products.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of domestic travel destinations and holiday packages.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism qualification preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday consulting, or the travel industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel may also apply.
• Preferred Candidate ProfilePassionate about travel and customer service.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable handling customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and online travel leads.
