Job Description

  • Conduct and lead treks across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Kashmir regions
  • Lead and manage trekking groups safely throughout the journey
  • Guide participants on trekking routes, safety rules, and outdoor activities
  • Handle basic first aid and emergency situations during treks
  • Coordinate campsite setup, travel logistics, and team communication
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all trekkers
  • Motivate and support team members during challenging trekking activities
  • Maintain trekking equipment and ensure proper use by participants
