Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Accountant with hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software and accounting entries. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, posting day-to-day accounting transactions, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in BUSY Software.
- Pass purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
- Generate invoices and maintain accounts receivable/payable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Maintain cash and bank books.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting data and documentation.
