Job Description

  1. Entering and updating data accurately in computer systems.
  2. Maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  3. Operating office software such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. Preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  5. Managing emails and electronic correspondence.
  6. Scanning, printing, and filing documents.
  7. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
  8. Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors.
  9. Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  10. Assisting different departments with data-related tasks.
  11. Maintaining confidentiality of company information.

12.Performing basic troubleshooting of computer and printer issues.
