Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, including sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries
- Prepare and post journal entries and assist in ledger maintenance
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Process vendor bills, expense claims, and payments
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
