Job Description

  • Balance Sheet Preparation & FinalizationPrepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of books of accounts.
  • GST Compliance & NoticesComplete GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, and annual returns.
  • Handle GST Notices – Receive, analyze, prepare detailed replies, and submit responses to GST department notices (DRC-01, ASMT-10, etc.).
  • Coordinate with GST consultants for hearings and follow-ups.
  • TDS ComplianceDeduction, timely deposit, and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q etc.).
  • Issue Form 16 & 16A.
  • Income Tax Compliance & NoticesHandle complete Income Tax matters including Advance Tax and Return filing.
  • Prepare and file replies to Income Tax Notices (Section 133(6), 143(2), 142(1), 156, etc.).
  • Coordinate with CA for assessments, rectifications, and appeals.
  • Payroll ManagementMonthly payroll processing for security guards, cleaning staff, and office team.
  • PF, ESI, Professional Tax & Labour Law compliances.
  • Billing & ReceivablesClient invoicing and follow-up for payments.
  • Client account reconciliation.
  • Vendor Payments & ReconciliationVendor bill processing and timely payments.
  • Bank reconciliation and cash management.
  • Audit & ReportingCoordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and GST Audit.
  • Prepare MIS reports and project-wise profitability statements.
  • Other ResponsibilitiesAccounting in Tally Prime / ERP.
  • Fixed assets and inventory accounting.
  • Any other accounts & finance related work.
