Job Description

  • Maintain daily accounting entries (Cash, Bank, Journal entries)
  • Manage purchase and sales records
  • Generate and verify bills and invoices
  • Track and record all expenses
  • Perform bank reconciliation (match bank statements)
  • Handle GST-related work (billing and coordination for return filing)
  • Maintain TDS records and calculations
  • Assist in salary processing
  • Manage vendor payments and follow-ups
  • Prepare financial reports (Monthly / Quarterly)
