Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our CA Firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taxation (GST & Income Tax), corporate compliance, auditing, and financial accounting using Tally ERP.

• 1. Taxation & GST CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (monthly/quarterly) and ensure GST compliance
• Compute Income Tax, prepare and file ITR for individuals, businesses, and companies
• Handle TDS calculations, return filing, and reconciliations
• Assist in tax audit preparations and filing of Form 3CD and related forms
• Track tax liabilities, respond to tax notices, and assist in assessments

• 2. Audit & AssuranceConduct internal audits and assist in statutory audits as per Companies Act
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and audit reports
• Resolve audit observations and compliance issues
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors

• 3. Financial Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare budgets, budget forecasts, and variance analysis
• Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management

• 4. Corporate ComplianceEnsure compliance with Companies Act and other regulatory filings
• Handle company law compliance related to filings, audits, and legal documentation
• Liaise with clients, banks, auditors, and government authorities



• 5. Process Improvement & Client SupportStrengthen accounting controls and compliance procedures
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
• Provide sound financial advice to clients on transactions, mergers, acquisitions
• Liaise with clients to provide best solutions on tax/regulatory queries
