Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Accountant / Billing Executive / Cashier to join our premium jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, billing, cash handling, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer invoices and billing accurately.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and bank transactions.
• Maintain daily cash book and accounts.
• Record purchase and sales entries in Tally.
• Reconcile bank statements and cash balances.
• Assist with GST, accounting records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with management for financial reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Support customers during billing with a professional approach.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in Accounting, Billing, or Cash Handling.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in the jewellery or retail industry is an added advantage.
