Job Title: Office Accountant (Male/Female)


Location: D 822 Urbtech tower sec 132 noida

Experience Required: 5 Years

Job Overview


We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Office Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and office operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Busy Software, GST compliance, and complete accounting management.


Key Responsibilities (Core Duties)

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate books of accounts in Busy Software

Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, etc.)

Preparation of debit notes, credit notes, and invoices

Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

2. GST & Taxation

Filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

GST reconciliation and compliance

Handling TDS returns and compliance

Basic knowledge of Income Tax filings

3. Financial Reporting

Preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports

Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring accuracy

Assisting in audits and compliance documentation

4. Billing & Documentation

Generate and manage sales invoices and billing records

Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions

Ensure timely and error-free billing processes

5. Office Administration Support

Handle general back-office operations

Maintain records, files, and reports efficiently

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (CA, vendors, etc.)

6. MS Office & Communication

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools

Draft professional emails, reports, and documents

Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience

Strong command over Busy Accounting Software

In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax basics

Experience in balance sheet preparation and finalization support

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and drafting skills
