Our company — a Maritime Service Provider, based in Singapore and India offering Various services to Ship Owners and Managers including Audit, Inspection, and Consultancy services to ship owners and managers across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and the Persian Gulf — is seeking an Executive Assistant and Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

This key position offers a unique blend of administrative support, management coordination, and media engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Managing Director and inspectors.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, checklist and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, inspector and other staff ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Develop and manage content for company social media platforms and the website.
  • Design and post engaging digital content (announcements, visuals, campaigns, greetings).
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client communication materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for marketing or communication needs.
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expenses, and financial documentation.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with good command on English.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role. A suitable fresher can also be considered.
  • Flexible with working hours and comfortable meeting tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools, with particular emphasis on AI-based tools.
  • Basic understanding of social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Prior experience in administrative or media-related roles is preferred.What We Offer
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule. Majority of time the work will be handled remotely however candidate must be able to travel and work in office from 5 to 10 days in a month.
