Job Description: Admission Counsellor/ Dwarka School of Music

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team at Dwarka School of Music. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on connecting with prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment journey. You will be a key point of contact, helping future students and their families understand the value of a music education and our unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Follow-up: Proactively follow up with all inbound leads generated through various marketing channels (Meta Ads, website inquiries, etc.) via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Admissions & Revenue Generation: Counsel prospective students on our courses and programs, aiming to achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the admission pipeline, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring all interactions are well-documented and timely.
• Retention & Renewals: Build strong, long-term relationships with students and parents to manage the student retention and course renewal process, ensuring continued enrollment.
• Customer Service: Address all inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive and welcoming experience for every person who interacts with the academy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a counselling, sales, or customer-facing role, preferably within the education or service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline effectively.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in using a CRM or sales management tools is a plus.
• A passion for music or the arts is an added advantage.
