SmartifyTrade Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognised startup building an integrated trading education and technology ecosystem for traders.

The platform brings together educator-led learning, TradingView strategies, Bridge EA automation, AI tools, student dashboards, referral systems, and structured partner programs under one ecosystem.

We are selecting 10 Founding Acquisition Partners before public recruitment begins.

This is not the regular Acquisition Partner program.

Founding Partners will participate in a dedicated revenue pool during the early growth phase of the platform and will have lighter monthly contribution requirements than regular Acquisition Partners.

Two Routes Available

Route A: Recruitment, Agency and Freelancer Route

This route is suitable for:

1. Recruitment agencies

2. HR consultants

3. Business development professionals

4. Freelancers

5. Creator management firms

6. Outreach specialists

7. Lead generation professionals

8. Digital marketing professionals

Your role will be simple:

1. SmartifyTrade will provide a ready list of eligible trading educators, YouTube channels, communities, and potential partners.

2. You will contact them professionally, explain the opportunity, and guide interested educators to apply on the platform.

3. SmartifyTrade will handle approval, onboarding, account setup, platform access, tools, technical support, and student support.

4. No trading knowledge is required.

5. No technical work is required.

6. Your main responsibility will be outreach, communication, follow-up, and helping suitable educators complete the application process.

What educators receive:

2. No payment required to start

7. Opportunity to learn through verified educators

8. Access to a DPIIT-recognised startup platform

9. Students can explore the platform before deciding whether to continue

Route B: Non-Trading Influencer and Creator Route

This route is suitable for:

1. Lifestyle creators

2. Technology creators

3. Comedy creators

4. Motivation creators

5. Career creators

6. Regional creators

7. Gaming creators

8. General content creators

Trading knowledge is not required.

Minimum eligibility:

1. At least 1,000 YouTube subscribers

Your role will be to introduce SmartifyTrade to your audience through approved content and your referral link.

Trading educators and signal providers are not eligible under this route.

What all Founding Partners receive:

1. Permanent Founding Partner status

2. Founding Partner badge

3. Founding Partner certificate

4. Official partner page

5. Referral tracking system

6. Participation in the Founding Partner Revenue Pool

7. The Founding Partner Revenue Pool will include 5 percent of eligible company revenue, shared among qualifying Founding Partners according to the applicable rules

8. Up to 20 percent commission on every paid student directly referred by you, paid for every month the student remains eligible and subscribed for 3 years.

9. Up to 5 percent override commission when people onboarded by you later refer eligible paid students for 12 months.

The Founding Partner Revenue Pool will operate during the founding phase.

The contribution requirement during this phase will be lighter than the regular Acquisition Partner program.

The purpose of this structure is to reward early partners who help SmartifyTrade build its initial educator, student, and partner network.

Important Information

1. Only 10 Founding Partner seats are planned.

2. Five seats are planned for the Recruitment Agency and Freelancer Route.

3. Five seats are planned for the Non-Trading Influencer and Creator Route.

4. The company may consider additional placements if exceptionally strong and suitable profiles are received.

5. Founding Partner status, badge, certificate, and revenue pool access will not be available once the founding phase closes.
